Products are shipped via a partner courier service selected by Chicard, ensuring safe transportation and competitive prices for our customers.

Processing Time

• Most orders ship within 24 hours.
• In some cases, it may take 1–2 business days to process.
• No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Areas

• Greece: Delivery in 1–3 business days. Free shipping on all orders.
• European Union: Delivery in 5–6 business days. Cost is calculated based on weight with a minimum charge of €29.00.

Shipping Update

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check its progress.

Information about any pre-orders or canceled products is sent in a separate email.

Duties & Taxes

For orders outside Greece, any customs duties or taxes imposed by the competent authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
