Shipping Information

The shipment of products is made by a courier service Chicard has chosen, ensuring advantageous rates for buyers and safe transportation of goods.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). It is possible that some orders may take 24-48 hours to process.

We ship orders to Greece and all EU countries.

Refunds: The refunds will be processed within approximately 7 days after we receive your return. Refund will be fulfilled to your chosen bank account, Paypal account or credit card from which you made the transaction/purchase.

If the value of the new order is less than the product/s you return, we will return to you the difference of the two amounts. If the value of the new order is more than the product/s you return, you will have to deposit the extra value to the company’s bank account.

Privacy Policy

This Policy has been drafted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“CPC”) General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force on May 23, 2018.
